The Board
Holstein Australia is governed by a board of member elected directors.
The CEO reports to the Board and manages the day-to-day operations of the Association including registration, classification, genetics, special projects, information technology and administrative functions. These services are delivered to members by a team of professional staff.
Holstein Australia is governed in accordance with legally-binding rules and by-laws. These rules and by-laws enable the board to formulate policy that achieves the objectives of the Association.
