Board and Governance Update

The Board of Holstein Australia advises members that Director Marg Hinde (Roselea Park, Nemingha, NSW) has resigned from the Board with immediate effect.

The Board respects this decision and thanks Marg for her contribution since being elected to the Board in October 2024.

Following Marg’s decision and yesterday’s announcement that Director Phil Daniel has resigned, the board will soon convene to address both vacant positions.

Despite these two untimely resignations the board can still function according to the Constitution with the remaining Directors and as stated yesterday the Board’s priority remains the strategic direction of the Association and its commitment to act in the best interests of the members.
