Have you entered this year’s Semex-Holstein Australia All-Australian Photographic Competition? Entries close on 30th June.
To enter simply download the entry form and competition rules, making sure to complete your animal’s Herdbook number, class entered and qualifying show and submit the entry along with your photo.
Well known to many members, the Semex-Holstein Australia All-Australian Photographic competition recognises excellence in conformation and showing and is open to all Holstein Australia Herdbook and Appendix 1,2 and 3 females that have been successfully shown throughout the year.
Holstein Australia COO, David Jupp, says the “All-Australian” is one of the most prestigious awards for Australian Holsteins and showcases the best Holsteins shown around the country year-on-year, forming a record of the best of breed for current and future generations.
"It’s a major achievement to qualify and the place-getters are up there with the best in the world. If you have shown Holsteins over the last 12 months I would encourage you to enter by the end of June,” says David.
The announcement of the Semex-Holstein Australia All-Australian winners will be a highlight of the 2019 Holstein Australia National Awards Dinner in Inverloch on Wednesday 18th September.
